Sell second-hand 1250 flat centrifugeMany companies that have used flat centrifuges know that the lifespan of this product is relatively short compared to other mechanical equipment. Generally speaking, if it is well protected and maintained, it can be used for a little longer. If the maintenance of the machinery is not in place, problems can easily occur, and it can be said that it will break down! Because our centrifuges come into long-term contact with corrosive materials such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and other products, they require frequent protection and maintenance. Make the devices we buy last longer and safer! Below, I will talk about the main things to pay attention to, which are the ones that need to be checked at designated locations!
1. It is often necessary to check the screw joints of various parts of the machinery. Many visible parts and some invisible parts need to be checked regularly. The visible parts need to be checked briefly, while the invisible parts need to be cracked down for inspection. For example, after using our flat centrifuge for a period of time, if we find that there is a sensation or abnormal noise, then we need to check. The most important thing is to see if the screws at the connection between the bearing seat and the chassis have loosened. Many times, if the sensation persists for a long time, simply loosen the screws on the bearing seat and tighten them! Also, check if the screws connecting the seismic feet are intact. These are some places that are easily overlooked during inspections!
2. Regarding the maintenance of the transmission part of a second-hand centrifuge, the main task is to check the condition of the bearings. If there is obvious shaking or abnormal noise during the use of the machine, perhaps abnormal sounds can be heard from the bearing seat, then we need to inspect the bearings! This belongs to the method of handling problems after they occur!
For machines, we usually need to maintain the bearings, change the oil, add some lubricating oil, etc. every 3 to 6 months! If the machinery is not used for a long time, generally not exceeding 6 months, it is necessary to manually roll the drum before use to see if it can roll and if there is any laborious situation. If it can be rolled easily, then the transmission part is not a problem. It can be operated at low speed for about 30 minutes to fully lubricate the bearings before use. If rolling is laborious or may not move, it is recommended to replace the lubricating oil!
3. It is necessary to regularly check the circuit and wires to see if there are any damages or electrical connections! Check the orientation of the frequency converter fan and ventilation port, the working condition of the resistance brake, and also inspect the motor and belt to see if they need to be replaced!
